Any distinguishing features?: Her bright orange hair. It's always dyed that bright, though she's naturally blonde. She's also short in comparison to her brother, even though she stands at an above-average 1.70 m.

biography :

The twins Feilim and Felicia were born twenty years ago - and ever since then, they've been inseparable. In fact, the Chives family children (the twins and their older brother, Declan) are generally closer than most. With a father and mother who were distant at best and neglectful at worst, it was up to the children to take care of each other to the best of their capabilities. 

It made sense, then, that when Declan moved out to leave for college, he took the twins with him. They lived with him as he completed his degree, then left for college themselves. Though they lived in the same residence hall initially, just down the hall from each other, that changed over the years. Though they were close, college gave them the opportunity to make many more friends than they'd had originally. By their junior year, Piper was living off-campus at Drummond House, while Feilim had moved into a language learning community. Although with the amount of time Feilim is spending crashing in her room anyway, that's bound to change.

Piper herself can be defined by her optimism. In fact, she prefers to be defined by it. She's always happy, determinedly so, and she doesn't often let anyone ruin her cheery mood. It's very rare that anyone see a different side to her. Although she can get more pensive, she saves her sadness for her siblings, and her anger for those who mess with her siblings. For the most part, she enjoys making friends and meeting new people, whether or not they're interested in meeting her. Sociable and charismatic, she has a tendency to charm most people - undead or otherwise.
